Power BI Integration with Report

Field Restriction Enhancement
– Role-based field restrictions with view-specific create and update forms, providing improved data control and user access management.
Secondary Sub-Grouping Summary
– Previously, only count was shown in grouped reports. Now, all aggregates (Sum, Min, Count, etc.) are displayed at every grouping level, enabling more detailed and insightful analysis.
Interakt WhatsApp Template Auto-Sync
- Automatically syncs newly approved WhatsApp message templates from the Interakt portal directly into Sangam CRM. This eliminates manual entry and ensures your template list stays up to date in real-time.
