We are pleased to announce the release of Sangam Mobile CRM app version 16.0.0, introducing new features, improvements, and major bug fixes.
🚀 New Features :
- User Availability :User Availability introduces real-time visibility of user status during record assignment.
- 🟢 Green → User is logged in and available
- 🟠 Orange → User is on break/Away (via Sangam CRM Configurations)
- 🔴 Red → User is logged out
- Expanded Tour Planning:Tour Planning System enables organizations to efficiently plan, manage, and monitor field activities of their teams
⚡ Optimizations :
- Dashboards now automatically refresh immediately after configuration changes, eliminating the need for a manual pull-to-refresh.
- Implemented real-time synchronization for Users and Teams to ensure critical data is consistently up-to-date.
- Added a convenient "Select All" option within the OPR user selection.
- Location Processing: Optimized the Google Address conversion process from Latitude and Longitude to improve efficiency.
🐛 Bug Fixes :
- Fixed an issue where updating a line item from the Opportunity subpanel failed to reflect the updated quantity and price on the main Opportunity record.
- Fixed a visual glitch that caused a blank white space to appear at the bottom of the screen while scrolling through the detail view, which temporarily hid data.
