Dependancy Filed not maaped while selecting Account

i have created account with name " Barmer Joints Trauma And Dental Care Hospital"
and added district and city in account as a custom drop down field
- i have mapped District and city with account module in lead module
- but when we select Account in lead module then it's not maped automatically
kindly check attachmnet for the same
reason for not mapped, (We have used dependency in State, District, city field)
means while using dependency, account mapping feature not working, kindly check this once
