Need to remove the Tag via Workflow and API.

Please set this Function in workflows as well as API.

Use Case: Once we apply the "Active Lead" tag and run a campaign targeting these active leads, the situation can arise where some of these leads later become "Dead", but the tag is not removed.

As a result, if a new campaign is created for "Active Leads" in the future, emails may also be sent to these dead leads, which should ideally be avoided.
